I had a great time here with my pet 🐾! the days spent were truly pleasant.

Location: the hotel was very close to the main attractions of Hartford -- good restaurants, Amtrak, Bushnell Park, the State Capitol, Bushnell Park and many restaurants. Found Pigs Eye Pub with perfect drinks 800 feet away...

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Marvellous location, we didn't want to leave.

Convenient location for getting to the tournament at the convention center and easily reaching the tow truck spot. 🚗 They serve a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and a variety of options.

There was a bar next door (a dollar a beer night) where the noise continued until 2:30 am. The whole hotel could hear it. Also it's time to replace the bed. No value for the expense.

Loved my room. Love how easy it was to check in. Love that I could cook in my room a huge plus.

There was a staff member that was helping in the breakfast area, I asked her a question she was very rude to my boyfriend and I.not friendly at all.

The location of this place is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the civic center, restaurants, and other attractions, as well as being near a park for leisurely strolls.

Had problems checking out. Charged wrong amount to credit card. Didn't get authorization to process credit card. Told them we wanted to split the bill. Did not do that, told them wanted to pay half cash processed it without asking.mnot happy,,,

Loved the staff and accommodations, felt very safe, perfect location near train station and Theaterworks show, great beds and pillows, near main attractions and good restaurants, accommodating staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the city center. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was great and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even preparing breakfast earlier than usual for our softball team. It was conveniently located within walking distance to both the convention center and the train station.

All was satisfactory and met our expectations.

Great bed and pillows. Near attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and convenient parking. Overall enjoyable stay.

Great amenities in the suite, including a fridge, microwave, and stove. Location was ideal, right across from a park and easy walk to downtown restaurants. Appreciated the quiet room and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The staff was exceptional, especially the breakfast staff who were kind and accommodating. Overall a highly recommended hotel.

There was a mix-up with the reservation which required a late check-out and check-in. The rate on Sunday night was also unexpectedly high.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering both hot and cold items to give a great variety. Another nice touch was the hotel's proximity to various local attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area.

Although the location was convenient, the surrounding area was not the most desirable. Despite this, the hotel did make up for it with its great amenities.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was right across from a beautiful park and close to some fantastic restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a fully functioning kitchen available for use in the room. The cleanliness of the rooms was a high standard and I loved the fresh towels and sheets. Additionally, the breakfast was well-prepared and had a great selection of food choices.

Everything was spot on during my stay at this hotel - I have no complaints!
